There is no compromise with drugs - Kurigram Superintendent of Police

Kurigram Correspondent: An open house day has been organized by Rajibpur police station in Kurigram with the police on public opinion and problems. Kurigram Superintendent of Police Syeda Jannat Ara was the chief guest at the Open House Day function at Thana Chattar on Tuesday (May 17). Rajibpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mozaharul Islam presided over the function and special guests were present on the occasion. Additional Superintendent of Police Crime & Abs Sushant Chandra, Additional Superintendent of Police (Ulipur Circle) Mahibul Islam, Senior Assistant Superintendent of Police Roumari Circle Billah, Upazila Awami League president and heroic freedom fighter Abdul Hai Sarkar, Rajibpur Government Pilot High School headmaster Azim Uddin and others. Superintendent of Police Syeda Jannat Ara said the police as well as the general public should play an important role in building a society against drugs, violence against women, child marriage, extortion and militancy. There is no compromise with drugs. The district police is conducting operations to arrest drug dealers and users in the district. He called on the Superintendent of Police or 999 to report any information.
