Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez in court for permission to go abroad

Entertainment Desk: Popular Bollywood Actress Jacqueline Fernandez. He is going to Abu Dhabi on the occasion of IIFA Awards. However, the actress cannot leave the country without the permission of the court. So the actress has asked the court for permission to leave the country for 15 days.

According to multiple Indian media reports, Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez has not been allowed to leave the country due to her involvement with Sukesh Chandrasekhar, the mastermind of the much-discussed Rs 200 crore fraud case.

Jacqueline has appeared in the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office of India's economic intelligence agency more than once in this case. However, the clinchit has not been matched in that case yet. That is why the actress has to apply again for permission to set foot outside India.

Last year, he was stopped at the Mumbai International Airport on his way to Dubai. Eddie issued a look-out notice in his name at the time.

Jacqueline has been interrogated by Marathon several times to find out what her relationship is with Sukesh, what gifts she has received from him.

Last month, the intelligence agency confiscated Jacqueline's assets worth Rs 6.28 crore.

The ED said in a statement that it had done so to investigate the case of Sukesh Chandrasekhar, the main accused in the Rs 200 crore fraud case. These assets include a fixed deposit of Rs 8 crore 12 lakh.

According to the ED statement, during the investigation, it was learned that Sukesh had given Jacqueline various gifts worth Rs 5 crore 81 lakh from the proceeds of criminal activities including extortion.

In addition to this gift, Sukesh gave Jacqueline about 1 lakh 82 thousand 913 US dollars and 26 thousand 640 Australian dollars.
