Khwaja, who got a chance in the absence of Head, scored a century in the second innings in ODI mood. He played only 131 runs to lift the tenth century of his career. After Ajira added 265 runs in the second innings with the previous 122 runs and declared the innings with a lead of 36 runs, Khwaja remained unbeaten with 101 runs. England need 36 runs to win.
