News Desk: Bangladesh got 17.90 lakh doses of Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccine more from the US under the COVAX facility.
The US Department of State in a tweet confirmed the information on Saturday.
"The U.S. in partnership with #COVAX donated 1.79 million more Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine doses to Bangladesh, in addition to the 15 million doses we already provided," it said.
"We continue to support Bangladesh and others in their vaccination efforts to save lives, with no strings attached," it added.
