News Desk: One person has died in Chittagong in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. Earlier, the last two died on November 1. The total death toll in the district stood at one thousand 328 people. In the last 24 hours, seven people have been identified as infected with corona. Through this, the total number of identities in the district stood at one lakh two thousand 306 people.

A report released by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office on Sunday (November 14) morning revealed this information.

Civil Surgeon Dr. Mohammad Ilias Chowdhury said that in the last 24 hours, samples of 1,125 people were tested in different labs in Chittagong and corona germs were detected in the bodies of seven of them. Compared to the test, the infection rate is zero point 72 percent. Among the identified are six residents of the city and one resident of Fatikchhari upazila.

He added that in the last 24 hours, four coronary infections were detected in Fauzdarhat BITID Lab, one in Chittagong Medical College Lab, one in Chevron Hospital Lab and one in General Hospital RTRL Lab.
