Without Jamaat, BNP is a useless bridge minister

News Desk: Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader has said that BNP is useless without Jamaat. BNP is the reliable umbrella of Jamaat. Inside, Jamaat-BNP is bound by a sweet bond, which will never stop.

He made the remarks at a function organized at University Laboratory School and College, Dhaka University on Sunday morning. The event was organized by the Relief and Social Welfare Sub-Committee of the Awami League on the occasion of Sheikh Russell's 57th birthday.

Obaidul Quader said, BNP is the number one patron of communal evil forces. They are the father of all misdeeds and communalism in the country. There is no group of miscreants, they are rogues.

He said that with the forthcoming national elections looming, this evil force of darkness is rising head on and will kill Chobal whenever it gets a chance. So from now on everyone has to be careful.
 
The general secretary of the Awami League further said that after the assassination of Bangabandhu, the poisonous tree of this cycle has spread very deep. Although they seem inactive, they are still active on the floor.

Awami League presidium member Begum Matia Chowdhury presided over the function. The party's joint general secretary AFM Bahauddin Nasim, organizing secretary Abu Saeed Al Mahmud Swapan, office secretary Barrister Biplob Barua and MP Eng. Md. Mozaffar Hossain.

Dhaka University Professor Dr. presented the keynote address. Abdul Halim, Member Secretary of Relief and Social Welfare Sub-Committee Sujit Roy Nandi conducted the meeting.

Later, Obaidul Quader along with the leaders distributed scholarships and educational materials among the students on merit and poor funds.
