News Desk: The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the police has arrested two people on the charge of embezzling crores of rupees in the name of giving jobs in government and non-government organizations. According to the CID, six and a half lakh rupees was demanded from the job seeker for appointing him as a project inspector with a salary of Rs 39,000 in SSC pass.

The arrested are Abdur Rahman, managing director of Bangladesh Employment and Security Services and Mahbubur Rahman Rustam, director of the organization. Copies of contracts made with job seekers, photocopies of appointment letters, appointment papers of various persons and other papers were seized from them. CID Additional Superintendent of Police (Media) Azad Rahman confirmed the information on Friday (October 15) morning. He said, ‘CID Dhaka Metro North Special Superintendent of Police Md. They were arrested from Maghbazar area of ​​the capital on Thursday under the supervision of Khalid-ul-Haq and ASP Jahangir Hossain of Team-2. So far, the fraudsters have taken around one crore rupees from 25-30 people in the name of giving jobs. Additional Superintendent of Police (Media) Azad Rahman said, "They have embezzled huge sums of money by opening fake companies and giving jobs." The arrested persons were cheating the unemployed youths by promising them jobs in various projects including government and non-government organizations.

They could not show the valid documents of the organization. He could not give a good answer as to why he gave fake appointment letters to the candidates. ' According to the CID, they were arrested on the basis of a complaint by a man named Rakib Mia. Rakib was informed that he would be appointed as a project inspector with a salary of Rs 39,000 in SSC pass. For this he was asked to pay 6 lakh rupees. According to the company's MD Abdur Rahman, Rakib paid two lakh rupees in advance for the job. Later he gave another check of two lakh rupees.

When called for an interview, a proposal and appointment letter are given to join within seven days. A few days later, another one lakh rupees was demanded on the phone. Thus Rakib gave five lakh 95 thousand rupees. After taking the money, the fraudsters do not join the job. Rakib Mia filed a case after realizing the fraud. The CID went down to investigate the incident and arrested the two fraudsters. Further legal action has been taken against those arrested.
