Anti-independence forces are still conspiring against the country: Bahauddin Nasim

Chapainawabganj Correspondent: Joint General Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League AFM Bahauddin Nasim has said that anti-independence forces are still involved in various conspiracies against the country every day. As long as the anti-independence forces remain vocal, the struggle of Awami League will continue. As long as the killer of Bangabandhu remains, blood will flow in the bodies of the killers, communal power will survive, we will continue the struggle. All leaders and workers must work together against anti-politics.

He said this while addressing the tri-annual conference of Bangladesh Awami Swechchhasebak League at Chapainawabganj as the chief guest. The conference was organized by the District Volunteer League on Wednesday (October 8) at noon at Chapainawabganj Municipal Park.

The conference was inaugurated by Iftekharul Islam Sujan, convener of the conference preparation committee, and Nirmal Ranjan Guha, president of Bangladesh Awami Swechchhasebakaliga. The keynote speaker of the conference was MKM Afzalur Rahman Babu, General Secretary of Bangladesh Awami Volunteer League. Former general secretary of district Chhatra League and Juba League Shahidul Huda Alok addressed the conference as a special guest. Acting president of district Awami League Muhammad Ziaur Rahman, general secretary and former MP Abdul Wadud, MP of Chapainawabganj-1 constituency Dr. Shamil Uddin Ahmed Shimul, MP for the reserved women's seat Ferdousi Islam Jesse, Bangladesh Awami Volunteer League vice-president. Abdur Razzak, Organizing Secretary Shah Jalal Mukul.

Also present at the time were Rajshahi Metropolitan Awami League General Secretary Dablu Sarkar, Jhenaidah Saidul Karim Mintu, Chapainawabganj District Awami League Vice-President Syed Nazrul Islam, Dr. Golam Rabbani, Upazila Awami League President Azizur Rahman, General Secretary Adv. Nazrul Islam, Deputy Office Secretary Md. Monirul Islam and leaders and workers of allied organizations. Later, in the second session of the conference, a committee of Chapainawabganj District Awami Volunteer League was formed.
