News Desk: Some mega projects will be inaugurated in 2022, and Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader has commented that BNP will see the best in that time.

He made the remarks at a seminar and prayer meeting organized by the Agriculture and Cooperatives Sub-Committee at the Awami League office on Monday (September 26) on the occasion of the 75th birthday of party president Sheikh Hasina.

Quader said, "When the mega projects are inaugurated one by one next year, the BNP will see mustard in its eyes." The voting politics of Bangladesh is very complicated. People want development now. People now want to see character people in power. She is the only Sheikh Hasina. '

He said the motives of the party leaders and workers were that many Awami League workers said they were not evaluated and did not get anything. I hear such wails. Look at the Bangabandhu family. How did this family survive when Bangabandhu was in jail? How Begum Mujib has kept a family in check. Read that history. Learn from history. Bangabandhu's family is a rare example of honest politics. We have to learn from this.

He said Sheikh Hasina did not build any alternative power house or Hawa Bhaban with her children. He has enriched their knowledge with glory, merit and education.

Quader said, "I will tell the leaders and workers of Awami League why they are crying. In Bangladesh now, Sheikh Hasina has opened many doors for earning and survival. There is no profit in keeping an eye on money. Follow the example of Bangabandhu family. Look at the leader. Don't look for money.

“I’m surprised some people have banana plants with swollen fingers,” he said. Just money and money. Wealth and resources. Wealth at home, wealth abroad. There seems to be no end to their reckless greed. I sometimes wonder how much more money they need to enjoy life? How many resources are needed.

Calling on everyone to engage in ideological politics, Quader said there is no need to make money and resources to survive. Who will eat these when they leave the world? What is the need for so much money and so many resources. Achieve the minimum required for affluence.

Quader called upon the Awami League leaders and workers to learn from Sheikh Hasina's honesty. "Whoever is not greedy for money," he said. Many poor people of Bangladesh go with the help of Sheikh Hasina. He treated many sick people. '

Quader said, "Sheikh Hasina is the name of the most risky life in the politics of this country after 75 years. He has repeatedly fallen victim to the politics of conspiracy. His life was repeatedly hit. At least 20 assassination attempts have been made.

He said, "The bullet of conspiracy has not left him yet. But Sheikh Hasina has overcome the fear. Baba is overcoming all conspiracies with a smile, overcoming fear like Bangabandhu.

Asked who will be the BNP leader in the next parliamentary elections, the Awami League general secretary said, "I want to question the BNP and say. Who is your leader in the next election? Who is your leader in the movement? Who will the movement around? Who will form the government? We are saying that our leader is Sheikh Hasina. '

Obaidul Quader said, you (BNP) show an alternative leader to Sheikh Hasina. Show one. Fugitive, convicted defendant. He is your next prime minister. Will the people of Bangladesh accept it? People are not so stupid. People know that BNP does not benefit by voting.

He said, "BNP has called on different parties to unite in the next elections." Last time too there was a unity under the leadership of Dr. Kamal Hossain. The people of this country have also seen the results of that unity. '

Awami League presidium member Matia Chowdhury and joint general secretary AFM Bahauddin Nasim also addressed the discussion, which was chaired by Agriculture and Cooperatives sub-committee chairman Mirza Abdul Jalil and chaired by member secretary Faridunnahar Laili.
