Tourists have to follow 10 instructions to go to sea

News Desk: The district administration has instructed the tourists to follow 10 instructions before taking a bath at Cox's Bazar beach. In addition, caves and areas prone to strong currents have been identified and signboards have been put up to warn people to go out to sea. On Friday (September 18) at 11:15 a.m. at Sugandha Point on the beach, an awareness campaign on 'What to do before going into the water' was organized.

The 10 guidelines mentioned in the campaign are: If you don't know how to swim, you should use life jacket when going into the sea, you should not go down to the point marked with red flag, you should always follow the instructions of lifeguard in the beach area, you should not go down after 5 pm. -Know the current state of the weather including low tide, Lifeguard cannot go into the sea from any point other than the designated place, know about strong currents and holes in the sea at any moment, know the speed of the wind before going into the water with any floating object, He should be kept with him at all times and he should not be allowed to go down to the sea alone, he should not go down to the sea with his sick or weak body.

Additional District Magistrate Abu Sufian, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Overall), Zahid Iqbal, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Human Resources) Nasim Ahmed, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT), Vibhishan Kanti Das, District Administration Executive were present at the inauguration of the 10-day campaign. Magistrate (Tourism Cell) Syed Murad Islam along with tour operators, fire service and officials of various organizations.
