Coronavirus: 112 identified in Chittagong on the day of death of the two

News Desk: Two people have died in Chittagong in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. The total death toll in the district stood at one thousand 269 people. At the same time, 112 people were identified as infected with corona. Through this, the total number of identities in the district stood at one lakh one thousand 131 people.

A report released by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office on Thursday (September 18) morning revealed this information.

Dr. Civil Surgeon. Rabbi Sheikh Fazle said that in the last 24 hours, samples of 1,653 people were tested in different labs of Chittagong and corona germs were detected in the bodies of 112 people. Among them 6 are from the city and 36 from the upazila.

He added that in the last 24 hours, 18 people were diagnosed with coronavirus in Chittagong University Lab, 15 in Fauzdarhat BITID Lab, 48 in Chittagong Medical College Lab, 19 in Chittagong Veterinary University Lab, one in Imperial Hospital Lab and one in Chevron Hospital Lab.

At the same time, one person in Chittagong Maternal and Child Hospital Lab, one person in Medical Center Hospital Lab, nine people in Epic Health Care Lab and one person in antigen test were diagnosed with corona infection.
