News Desk: A woman journalist has been accused of trying to rape her two colleagues at a restaurant in Gazipur. Shakil (26) and Md. Police have arrested two accused named Abbas Uddin (40).

Anwar Sattar, inspector (media) of the National Emergency Service 999, said this on Tuesday (September 14) afternoon.

He said that on Monday (September 13) at around 1:24 pm, a young woman from Shirirchala area of ​​Gazipur Joydebpur called 999 and said that she was a journalist. Two of his colleagues told the news and took him to Pushpadam Thai Chinese and Bengali restaurant.

After going to the scene, two colleagues forcibly locked her in a room, beat her and tried to rape her. At one stage of the insistence, the young woman ran out of the room, hid behind a tree in the resort and called 999 and requested for her rescue.

The National Emergency Service directed Joydebpur Police Station to send a team to the spot to rescue the 999 victims. Joydebpur police OC (investigation) said. A team led by Nasir Uddin reached the spot and rescued the victim. Police arrested the two accused at that time.

It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

999 officer Anwar Sattar said a case has been registered with Joydebpur police station in this regard.
