News Desk: Coronavirus has killed 75 people in the last 24 hours in the country. So far, the total death toll in Corona stands at 26,626.

In the last 24 hours, 2,610 new corona have been identified. The total number of identified patients is 15 lakh 17 thousand 18 people.

This information has been given in the regular press release on tax sent from the Department of Health on Monday. In Corona, 60 people died on Sunday, 61 on Saturday, 60 on Friday, 7 on Thursday, 69 on Wednesday and 6 on Tuesday.

According to the notification, 4,124 people have recovered from Corona in 24 hours. So far, a total of 14 lakh 55 thousand 18 people have recovered.

In the last 24 hours, samples of 26,642 people were collected. And 26 thousand 595 samples were tested. In contrast to the test, the patient identification rate is 9.62 percent. So far, a total of 90 lakh 91 thousand 610 samples have been tested and the detection rate is 16.69 percent.

Of the 65 people killed in the last 24 hours, 33 were women and 32 were men. At this time the highest number of 18 people died in Dhaka division. Then 13 people died in Chittagong division. 6 died in Rajshahi, 10 in Khulna, 3 in Barisal, 10 in Sylhet and 4 in Rangpur.

On March 6 last year, coronavirus was detected in the bodies of the first 3 people in the country. Ten days later, on March 17 of that year, the first person in the country died of the virus.
