In Chittagong, 11 more people died in the last 24 hours, 927 identified

News Desk: 11 more people have died in Chittagong in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. The total death toll in the district stood at 963 people. During the same period, 928 people were identified as Corona. Through this, the total number of patients identified in the district stood at 72,006.

A report released by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office on Sunday (August 1) revealed this information.

Dr. Civil Surgeon. Sheikh Fazle Rabbi said that yesterday (Saturday) in different labs of Chittagong, samples of 3,193 people were tested and corona germs were detected in the bodies of 928 people. Among them 532 are from the city and 395 from different upazilas.

It is learned that in the last 24 hours, 18 people were diagnosed with corona in Chittagong University Lab, 83 in Fauzdarhat BITID Lab, 126 in Chittagong Medical College Lab and 84 in Chevron Hospital Lab.

At the same time, 24 people in Chittagong Maternal and Child Hospital Lab, 14 people in General Hospital RTRL Lab, 32 people in Medical Center Hospital Lab, 64 people in Epic Health Care Lab and 332 people in antigen test were diagnosed with corona.
