The Tigers returned home with three trophies

Sports Desk: Zimbabwe is a relatively weak opponent. Winning the series in three formats is not easy at all. Bangladesh have won all three trophies by defeating Zimbabwe in Tests, ODIs and T20s. The red-green representatives have witnessed such an achievement for the first time on a tour. Shakib Al Hasan and Mahmudullah Riyadh returned home on Thursday morning after a successful tour of Zimbabwe.

Today (Thursday) at 9:20 am Qatar Airlines carrying the Bangladesh team landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka. The Tigers left Zimbabwe yesterday (Wednesday). The cricketers have reached Bangladesh via Johannesburg in South Africa and Doha in Qatar.

However, the players are not able to return to their families after a long tour. Wasim Khan, who is in charge of logistical support for the BCB, told Dhaka Post, "The plane carrying the Bangladesh team arrived at 9.20 am. They (players) will leave now and go to the hotel. '

The team will fly straight from the airport to the Hotel Hotel InterContinental for the upcoming Australia series. Players from Zimbabwe will have to stay in the quarantine for three days.

At the end of this quarantine process, the host camp will have the opportunity to practice for two days before facing the five-match T20 series against Ajit. However, there is no opportunity to play a preparation match. No extra rest time.

Hosts Bangladesh and visiting Australia will play a five-match series T20 on August 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur. Each match will start at 6 pm.
