Corona prays for liberation and peace in Palestine

News Desk: The main congregation of Eid-ul-Fitr has been held at the National Mosque Baitul Mukarram. The first congregation of Eid was held on Friday (May 14) at 8 am. At the end of the prayers, prayers were made to Allah for the protection of Muslims all over the world, including Palestine. Imam Hafez Mufti Maulana Mizanur Rahman, Senior Peshwa of Baitul Mukarram conducted the prayers. The munajat started a little before 8:30 in the morning. In the 10-minute long munajat, he prayed to Allah to liberate the world including Bangladesh from Corona.

Worshipers of all ages, big and small, raise their hands in prayer to Allah. Prayers were offered for Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, his family and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Later, for the welfare of the country and the nation and for the peace of the world and the Hereafter. Meanwhile, a total of 5 congregations will be held at Baitul Mukarram. Before the start of each congregation, the worshipers are admitted to the mosque in accordance with the hygiene rules. After performing ablution from home, the worshipers took part in the Eid Jamaat with masks and Jain prayers.

The second congregation started at 8 am. Then the third congregation was held at 9 am. Besides, two more congregations are scheduled to be held at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque at 10 a.m. and 11:15 p.m. Apart from this, Eid-ul-Fitr congregations are also being held in the mosques of the neighborhoods across the capital. Due to Corona, Eid Jamaat is not being held at the National Eidgah again.
