The admission process for foreign students of private medical colleges will start from June 15 and will continue till June 30. Admission process for private medical students will start on July 1 and will continue till July 15. Classes in government and private medical colleges will start from August 1.

A letter signed by the Director (Medical Education) of the Department of Health Education, Professor AKM Ahsan Habib, on Sunday (April 25) said that the admission plan was adopted as per the decision of an online meeting chaired by the Health Education Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on April 18. . This year's MBBS first year (2020-21 academic year) was held on April 2.
