Coffee, on the other hand, contains a chemical called caffeine.

Which can cause insomnia. People who get tired easily can eat other nutritious foods instead of tea and coffee. So after Iftar, to get rid of fatigue, you have to make a habit of eating nuts, watermelon, dates, eggs, bananas, and other foods.

Dates Eating dates clear the stomach. Almost everyone eats the fruit at Iftar. This fruit can keep the body strong for a longer time than tea coffee. Eggs
