In that case delay fee will not be charged. Professor Nehal Ahmed said that the time for filling up the form will be extended without any delay fee. There is a meeting of the chairmen after the lockdown. Then the new schedule will be announced. He also mentioned that the delay fee cannot be taken at the same time.
